Interviewd for Templar year book as a senior graphic designer. I had to submit portfolio and fill some essays first. For the second round, I had an in person meeting. It was casual and we mostly talk about the role of the job.

Interview
The interview process is so long and has no real defined process or follow-through. It was long, there were periods of 0 communication to the point I didn't know if I was even still interviewing.
