It was a group panel interview with principals from different sites and about four interviewees. There were 3 open positions at other schools. They asked me at the end if I had a preference of school sites.

Panel interview. You will be interviewed by a panel as well as 3-4 other person being interviewed with you. Usually its the teacher, school principal, school nurse, department lead asking questions if you are applying for the special needs department. They rarely hire for full time positions.
