Awful, didn't even get to speak to a person. You had to record a video in response to a written question. Very dystopian. I do not recommend going for a company that can't even be bothered to engage with you, I turned the offer down.

Great interview process - had a phone interview with recruiting and then a follow up face to face interview with the store manager.
Easy process and recruitment were great. Manager was nice and was interviewed in the store itself.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Telstra (Castle Hill) in May 2025
Interview
Quick one with sales manager and business manager. Fairly easy and smooth. Just answer with honesty and you will be fine. About 3 stages and if business manager likes you then you are hired.
