interview process is seamless and easy to understand. Three separate interviews with competency based questions and the ability to take understand them.
In between there is a competency based online assessment centre as well.

It was all online interviews. Unlike other companies they have you visit the office for final interview but with Telstra you can do it at home which is very convenient. They assess you through experience.
