Interview
The interview involved a few games, an online video to be recorded, and no face-to-face interview. It was pretty quick and efficient, took maybe 30 to 45 minutes to complete, and the games part involved mainly math questions and logical questions. It seemed pretty apt for the role I was applying for.

- why I wanted to join
- what I would add to the team
- situation-based questions, as in what I did when I was in a previous situation in terms of handling a difficult customer
