I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Telligen (Denver, CO) in Jun 2023
Interview
I applied after a referral and recommendation from a friend. Two days later I had an interview. It was more of a conversation than being blasted with questions. It was very pleasant. I am giving the process a thumbs down just because of the lack of communication and time it took from then till the potential of a second interview and being turned down. While it was communicated to me it would be a week before I heard anything, it ended up taking a month later before I heard the status of my application. I did show initiative and persistence by emailing them about every two weeks. Ultimately, I didn't make the second interview despite great qualifications and a great interview. I really question why they didn't choose me to move on to a second interview. Maybe they felt I was hounding them. I wish they communicated better and were more respectful toward me. Felt like I was just a number or bag of meat.

Question 1
I am paraphrasing, but it was more of questions as to why I applied, why would Ibe a good fit, and tell me about my background
