During the interview process, you will be meeting with most of the team, and will possibly be given a project (depending on the role). You will meet with all of leadership before a final decision is made.
First you are called and asked some questions that are either basic interview questions to get to know you or about your experience. Then you’re scheduled an in person interview. The in person interview is quick and followed by a tour of the hospital and introduction to the team.
