Tell me how you would handle an unauthorized commitment made by a program manager?

I would ensure that the program manager received training and guidance in regard to what an unauthorized commitment is to ensure that the necessary processes are met in the event that program manager was presented with the same circumstances that led to the UC. I would then take the necessary steps in documenting the policy violation to ensure that in an auditor had a clear picture of what took place and how it was re-mediated.
