The interview process was with a couple of senior project managers which took about 2-hour process. The questions were challenging but can be answered with careful consideration. You need to be able to articulate yourself when answering the questions.

Not too lengthy, quite neutral. Questions about the past assignments and specific how I have handled certain situations in previous job. Several interviews with different managers, including IQ tests, all in all took 2 months or so
