Awful. I found the interview experience extremely traumatic and needed to use an entire hour counselling session going through it all afterwards. I really didn’t enjoy the interview experience too. It should be a TWO WAY process - candidates should do their preparations, but those who are interviewing should do their best to provide a comfortable environment.
