      Account Manager Interview

      9 Aug 2017
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Phoenix, AZ
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Televerde (Phoenix, AZ) in Mar 2017

      Interview

Had an initial phone screen. Typical basic questions. Then had 3 in person interviews 1hr each. It was clear in the first interview that neither individual had previously looked at my resume before the meeting. One person in particular didn't describe the team that she managed or how it related to the open position. Both individuals seemed pre-occupied and didn't leave professional impression. The second interview was with someone who currently did the job. She connected the dots for what the first two were attempting to communicate. The last person had an emergency meeting supposedly and wasn't available. Emergencies happen however it would have been professional to pop in to say so in person. Company was not a good fit so I declined the next steps.
