There were 3 steps of interview process: 1. Phone HR interview 2. Phone technical interview 3. 1 to 1 interview with company's guys Technical interview was related to my previous experience and testing of my technical back ground. 1 to 1 was just testing of my English spiking skills and personality testing, T think. After step 3 I got the job offer in several days.
