Interview
You have a first interview with HHRR head and then a technical interview with the CTO or other technical head. HHRR manager explained the company trajectory and the different roles and then he asked you about your career. Then the technical manager ask you questions about machine learning, big data, programming languages, etc.

Very deep in technical knowledge they judge you basically on what you know and they want only what the want even if u have some additional knowledgeable they won't care

Interview
El proceso de selección incluye una entrevista técnica en profundidad con el manager del área y miembros senior del equipo técnico, con el objetivo de validar la experiencia profesional, el conocimiento disciplinar y el encaje con los retos del puesto. Esta fase permite valorar tanto las competencias técnicas como la capacidad de colaboración en contextos reales. Una vez se identifica a la persona adecuada o se ha reducido el número de candidatos a un grupo finalista, se realiza una entrevista con el equipo de Recursos Humanos para evaluar la adecuación cultural, las expectativas del candidato y los aspectos contractuales.
