Interview
The interview process was your stereotypical interview process with a screening call, manager call, technical interview with team, in-person with tour and then a final run down on everything. The atmosphere was a bit grey. The senior on the team was very knowledgeable from how he bounces questions and answers of circuit elements or material properties.

Question 1
Although they say it is to encourage critical thinking, it is mostly technical yes/no questions on design and principles. I was asked to provide a template design on some topics. Their understanding seems a bit weak on the basics.
