There are usually 2. One is with One or two people to gather information on your qualifications, the next is a panel interview with several team members. This is to see if you will fit in with the team and can handle the work. After that you may get an offer.

I cannot recall exact questions but there are several scenario based questions about how you would handle situations. How you handle crisis, what are your people skills, etc.

It was fast they were cordial and definitely organized I was greeted by someone instantly and my interview was on time . I received a job offer the same day and a official offer was sent to my email the next day
It was a panel interview in which general case management questions were asked. There was 4 people on the interview and they each asked different questions about conservatorship, treatment planning, and Medi-cal information
