First call with HR Recruiter. Second interview with Ops Director and Emergency Director. Third interview in person with Country Manager and HR Manager. The whole process was great and easy, everyone was dedicated to get to know me, asking challenging questions and letting me ask as well. The last interview was in person in their office, which to be honest was not easy to reach as it´s quite in a bad communicated area. I spent almost an hour and a half with the team, and at the end the manager told me that they would contact me even if they were not offering me the position as they wanted to be transparent and offer me the proper feedback. I was very happy with the whole process, until I did not receive any heads up in three weeks and I saw that the offer was opened again in linkedin. I reached out to the recruiter to politely ask if there was a delay in answering, and she answered in one line that indeed they were experiencing some delays. Three days afterwards I received another email telling me that I would not be advancing, no feedback provided. It´s sad that such a good process is tainted by this horrible handling, it´s obvious they were going to ghost me and only offered a rejection email when I reached out. The team should be more professional and consider the time and effort a candidate spendt in their process, even having to move to the office in person.
