Interview
I responded to an online job ad and the department manager emailed me. We spoke on the phone and he arranged the interview time. I went to their offices downtown were in the National City Bank building and quite nice. Initially, I met directly with the Technical Operations Manager in his office. Then we went to a larger room and he invited some other people from the department to join us.

Question 1
The Interviewer asked me a lot of technical questions about .net development and CRM administration and then shifted to questions concerning marketing campaigns and internal applications. He brought in two more developers and they asked me more specific questions about my experience as a .net developer.
