There was a phone interview and one video interview. It was a fairly quick process and I started with the company I was contracted into within 2 weeks. I love it!
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at TekCom Resources in Feb 2022
Interview
Had a video interview with the President & then a second one with the Recruiting Lead. Both were very laid back so I was able to get a feel for personalities, which is very important to me. The interview process was smooth with great communication all the way through. They followed up when they said they would, asked good questions, told a good story of who they are as a company and what they stand for. I enjoyed the first interview with the President so much that I stopped my job search in hopes to get this position (spoiler alert: I got the job).
Not only was it a great interview process, they were open to my ideas and marketing vision to help them brand. As a candidate trying to find my dream job, TekCom recognized my talents and what I have to offer, then created a hybrid position which is my dream opportunity. I happily accepted their offer and everything they said in the interview has been real. I can't wait to continue my growth with the TekCom team!

Question 1
Big on "the why" you are looking to make a career move and understanding what the candidate wants to make sure they're happy long-term. I genuinely appreciated this because it's important to understand why someone wants a new job and what they need to stick around for the long haul.
In today's job market, this is crucial to not only hiring good candidates but keeping them long-term.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at TekCom Resources (Skaneateles, NY) in Nov 2021
Interview
I applied on a Friday and was reached out to within a few hours. I had a phone screen the following Monday. Ian gave a great summary of the company and we went over my background, and just had a conversation about what I wanted. After the phone screen they set up an in person interview for the day after (Tuesday). They took their time with the interview and wanted it to be a good fit for me just as much for them. I was set up with a phone call with the recruiting lead two days after this (Thursday) and Friday one week after I applied they offered me the position and I started the following Monday.
It was a great experience, especially after going through many interviews with other companies and not receiving follow up from some or waiting weeks for the second steps.
