They have you meet with a lot of different people. They like to make sure that your personality will fit in with the rest of the company. Everyone is very nice and they do not go out of their way to trip you up during the interviews. The only thing to beware of, is that they will put you through a lot of interviews in one day.

Panel interview with the hiring manager and a few other employees. I was asked about previous work experience and asked to describe how my experience made me a good match for the position. I was given the chance to ask questions at the end.

Met with task leads and directors. They asked why I wanted to work as a SETA contractor and why tecolote specifically. I also walked them through my resume. All interviewers wanted you to ask questions, so have some thoughtful ones prepared.
