My recruitment started at a Job Fair, and I was given an interview on site through one of the technical recruiters. I was asked questions regarding what I was looking for work-wise and the technical skills I was capable of. Later on, they requested an on-site interview in their physical office where I was interviewed by two managers and the president/ceo himself. The interview was conversational in nature, but they also ask some about technical background.

Question 1
Why should we hire you? What makes you want to pursue our company as opposed to other consulting companies?
I met them at the career fair of my university. The first interview was 30 minutes and with questions about how much of coding do I know, and to tell them any challenges and how have I overcome them. The second interview was 2 hours and a half in the company. I got a $250 stipend to travel. There are three 30 minutes interviews that were easy, they just want you to be honest, not brag about how much you know.

Question 1
Tell them a story of a challenge that I had and how I solved it
I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Technomics in Oct 2025
Interview
Overall, the experience was great, I had some really engaging conversations with the team and genuinely enjoyed learning more about the company. One thing I’d advise others: don’t assume there won’t be any technical questions. There can be a technical component, and that’s where I stumbled. Despite that, I really loved the company’s culture and values. The overall pay is not bad for a junior position and great benefit.
