The interview process was straightforward and easy, but redundant. The process consisted of a 30min phone screen, one 30min conversational technical phone interview, and two onsite interviews. Everyone was very friendly and the conversations were easy-going, but by the end of the process, I had spent 4.5+ hours interviewing 1:1 with 7+ people and visited the office twice. My interview process was escalated to the final round, which was an interview with the CEO. In my opinion, the CEO was very rude, unprofessional, and unwelcoming, which greatly juxtaposed the other folks who I interviewed with. He was very preachy about how working more hours = better results, and I guess I could not manage to hide how much I disagreed with his old-fashioned ideologies. Additionally, HR took more than 4 weeks to get back to me after my final interview, and I had to be the one to reach out to get my offer decision. Do not pursue this interview process unless you can confidently say "yes I will work 100-hour weeks if it means a job gets done," or you will majorly waste your time.
