Phone screening with recruiter follow by an unpaid assessment in which they asked me to find them leads to prospect. After I submitted assessment I received an email an email saying they were moving forward with candidates whose background was "more closely aligned to what the hiring manager was looking for". Why have me do the assessment if you did not want my skill set? Just a waste of time
