Befor the interview they asked me to fill in a profile which is around 10 pages. There are 2 managers interviews. They did not give me any feedback after 3 weeks
Was a normal process. HR call then HR interview. . . . Followed by first and second interview . . . .. Offer meeting with the business manager. Interview with the client.

Interview
It involves three stages after submitting application. 1. HR interview 2. Hiring Manager interview 3. Technical Interview Interviewed by two hiring managers. Both doesn't have minimum knowledge about the technical stack that is involved in embedded systems. He simply listens to you and didn't really test my skill and competence. Technical Interview was just OK. Asked me to write a program for a micro controller how would you handle a status button that displays different LED status messages. Some basic C programming questions. HR interview was OK. Just enquiring current situation. Offered 85K euros per year. Manager has given one day to make a decision. No negotiation is accepted. I was expecting above 95K euros per year for my 6 years work experience and knowledge. So i declined the offer,
