Emailed Techbridge about a job opportunity, had a phone interview, and in-person interview in front of a panel. Was asked to perform an icebreaker activity in the interview of their choosing.

Interview
Three step interview process. I was contacted within 2 weeks of submitting my application. I had a great phone interview, very light and basic. I connected well with my interviewer. The second interview was a Skype interview and although I prepared my notes, the questions had me on my feet and a few caught me off guard. Very friendly and warm staff. I've been invited to a third interview. I very impressed by the positive work culture and diversity on the staff. The organization seems very aware of the needs of the population they serve.

Interview
There was a panel Interview with friendly faces from each department. Everyone asked a question and took notes on my answers and participated in the mock activity. After giving the activity instruction the group gave feedback.
