I went through TWO interviews with this company and then received complete silence. At least a candidate who invested time in two interviews deserves a follow-up, no?
During the first interview, when I heard how much they were paying for the position, my jaw dropped. They offered €400 for a full-time role, plus bonuses that God knows if one gets or not, as their system was quite chaotic. I still agreed to the second interview, thinking maybe they could offer something better. But no - it got even worse.
No paid vacations, no sick days, nothing. Because of the B2B contract. I’m sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but this is called modern slavery.
What surprised me even more is that they openly say their headquarters are in Berlin. It is just a shame.
For comparison, in my previous junior B2B positions, I had €700 salary plus bonuses, 24 paid vacation days, family days off once a month, volunteering days (all paid), one-hour paid breaks, gym membership, therapy membership - all under a B2B contract. And that was back in 2020.
That being said, I would not recommend this company to anyone who values fair compensation and basic working conditions.
