The hiring process is as follows:
1st Rounds are a People/HR Phone Screen with the Head of HR.
2nd Rounds are a 30 minute Zoom with the Hiring Manager.
3rd Rounds are onsite interview, two hours in length, meeting four employees.
After the interviews, the team will ask for references and make a final hiring decision.
