i was called and informed one week before that i should attend an interview .which is a telephonic interview on that fine day i got call and interview was like average where i continued for 15 minutes.

i finished my Mcitp 2008. and after that a company linked with out institute came and interview us and hired me and 2 more guys. this was an entry-level job so they didn't ask that many questions.
