My simple answer is that, you should not waste time of the candidate for the aspects which you are aware from the beginning especially when that part is key. Like I am expert in handling software sales but my key strength is Sales & Business Development, on the ground we don't go and code but the management was literally forcing me to lie about industry knowledge aspect which I never had but I clarified that, knowledge level things can be obtained but thing that can't be obtained straight from the beginning is software sales & business experience. BTW my interview was conducted by the project delivery head not by any business or sales person as I think they don't have established sales structure . Another stupid part is to consume the candidate time and information then in the return, recruiter won't even care to update about the feedback. I won't recommend anyone to for sales interview.
