Contacted by a corporate recruiter, who arranged a call with a branch contact. I interviewed with a branch/team member, a recruiter from another team, and the branch manager. I was also allowed to job shadow and introduced to the other employees.

What steps would you take to find and place the best candidate?
Interview process was one of the worst I’ve experienced. From first recruit to in office. No one smiled, no one looked happy to be there. I was given one word answers to a lot of my questions. At the end I was ghosted by the recruiter. Who checked in twice with me about a final update! Wouldn’t recommended
They asked questions about your past experiences. Really looking for a sales background mainly. It was not bad at all. There were a couple people who I got to meet with and see what goes on from day to day.
