Interview
First round was speaking for a minute.
Then one on one interaction with HR manager
Then the main interview with two interviewers with expertise on operations and other on spoken language skills.
Then there is final round to finalise the list

Question 1
They will ask the same things which you had mentioned in the resume.
They want to know if you will leave the job for better opportunity or not if you are over qualified for the position.
They are looking for right candidate with decent communication skills.
