Tech Mahindra having the Worst HR department ever . They send call letter for interview to many people but couldn't arrange interview panel. After they made some juniors who were available to conduct interview and rejects everyone.Employees are unethical. Attending interview in Tech Mahindra, Is waste of energy and time

Interview
The interview was smooth and conducted with professionalism. The interviewer was very supportive and collaborating. The only problem was that it was not conducted timely. The offer was also delayed. I almost believed that I was never going to get the offer.

They asked questions based on your education qualification. If you are from CSE or IT background they expect you to answer logical questions and to write the code. They considered nlish and your aptitude skills as well
