I applied online(On tech Mahindra's website) Got an email after about two months. Off campus drive held at Hinjewadi,Pune involved following stages -
1. Aptitude test
2. On the spot presentation on given topic
2. Technical Interview
3. HR Interview

In the technical interview, they asked about final year project, basics of JAVA.
HR interview - behavioral questions
interview was average not to easy not too tough, asked few questions regarding coding as well, first was telephonic interview with the HR and second was technical interview with the manager, overall was good

3 processes. smooth
technical round, manager round with hr. No written test only logical presentation. very easy process. so you can go to the job no issue. it is easy.
no work pressure
written exam followed by interview with hr and it was moderate interview . But documnet submit process was very lengthy and making bond for 2 year was worse thing which kills some future.
