Lengthy interview process with multiple redundant steps. Had to be interviewed by the same people multiple times, including presenting the same case study multiple times to different groups. I found some of the staff to be condescending and unpleasant.

Describe how you manage disagreements between design and engineering.
Hiring manager interviewed me & wanted to advance me to next steps.
Then the recruiter took over & went MIA. No show, ghosting, all of it despite several emails & calls to get back in touch. I wonder why recruiters lack basic professionalism!
