Interviewed my assistant manager. Easy and conversational. Offered the job on the spot after interview. Too bad the experience working there wasn't as great as the interview. Very poor experience, very poor management, workplace drama, gossip, and negativity. Ridiculous training process. Had to have a customer say "no" five times before you could stop asking them to buy/selling them a product.

Interview
The manager was on time and kind. He asked common interview questions and a few advanced because he was trying to see if I would be a good fit for a manager position given my experience. I asked how I did after and he gave a very honest answer which I always really appreciate

Very quick interview, not very in depth when it came to my prior experiences. Polite and direct, very clear in laying out the expectations and the requirements of the job.

The interview process wasn't long or tedious. It took only one interview because the Assistant Manager was out of town assisting another storm. The longest part was waiting for the background check
