Teamworks interview questions

The interview process consisted of meeting all staff in the office over about an hour and a half. Since each person came in individually there was a lot of repeating information. Once in the position it was clear that the company falsified the fact that there would be quarterly profit sharing guaranteed. In the past 3 years there was only 1 real profit sharing completed.
