Interview
There was quick skills test with HR. There was a color blind test, typing accuracy test, and basic math test. Very easy to pass for the average person and after passing, I was directed to wait for my department lead and then the supervisor conducted the interview.

Asked why I decided to work in a call center type customer service given my background as retail customer service.

Interview
Started with call from HR about what I was looking for. Followed with an email with questions about my job experience. Process continued with an intense phone interview with two managers (the sort of interview that would normally be in-person). I was told that after that a few applicants would be interviewed in-person. I was not.
