Interview
I went through 5 rounds of interviews. One of which was a duplicate because their team members apparently do not communicate. The second one was not scheduled and was a phone call I received out of the blue and alotted no time to prepare. They are understaffed and all over the place. I was then invited to an interview on-site and the CEO liked me enough to have me immediately go into another interview with the CIO. The final interview was a technical assessment in which their CIO informed me that he thought that I was somewhere in between a Level 2 and a Level 3, after their own staff didn'teven prepare the test environment properly. The very next day the CEO Scott gave me a lowball offer to start on their entry-level helpdesk. We had scheduled a time to discuss this so that I could make an informed decision, considering none of the interviews were about this position (come to find out it was $40,000 less than my asking salary). The CEO missed the appointment and rescinded the offer days later out of the blue. This is an extremely unprofessional establishment, that is severely understaffed. I wouldn't expect to ever grow with this company.
