Interview
Interview process was lengthy including 3 meet and greets with different employees. I took 2 Wonderlic tests and one interview was nearly two hours. They thoroughly screen their potential employees. No arguments on my end.

How would you handle a situation where an MD was unhappy with the patients care at your facility?
Usually a Multi round interview process. First with clinic director, then with clinic director and mentor. Must fill out online testing prior to interview to determine work style. Sometimes you may be required to complete some general computer testing in the interview.

What is your favorite body part/condition to treat?
In person interview with clinic director. The clinic director goes through a set amount of questions given to them by a corporate entity. Many of the clinics will ask you the same questions especially if your going to multiple locations. Following interview candidates are usually asked to shadow physical therapists in the clinic to assess if they like the environment

Begin with 30 min interview 1-on-1 with the clinic director, then shadow the clinic, interact with other employees to make sure it would be a good fit with the clinic.
