1. Contacted by 3rd party recruiter
2. Online coding assessment
3. Talk with Director of Engineering
4. Talk with 1 staff engineer and 1 manager for final round.
- 1 coderpad coding
- behavioral questions
5. I get rejected for "Cultural Fit" reason. They said it is 2 hour final interviews, then they fit that in to one hour. They barely have chances to look or talk on anything other than technical abilities or technical backgrounds. I don't know how would they determine "Cultural Fit" under 45 minutes nor they asked those types of questions. This is really weird interview process especially the final interview.

The phone screen was a rather shallow phone screen. The recruiter asked a bunch on tech questions and this person had no follow up questions what so ever. I was told that a test would be emailed and I have not received yet. I am not sure if I would waste any more of my time on this
