The application process was long but positive. The traits you needed to demonstrate to succeed were very clear at the outset. The interviewer maintained very neutral responses throughout the interview, which made it difficult to determine how well I was doing. The group interview was an enjoyable experience. I got specific feedback on my performance after the group interview in a phone call.
