4 people interviewed me. The Principal, Head of Department, HR officer and a Lecturer. They went through my resume and asked me questions for about 20minutes. After that, I was asked to conduct a mock lecture. They gave me about a week to prepare the mock lecture (on any topic I want) The interview went just fine. No provocative or tough questions. In fact, the interview turned out to be like a light conversation, very at east.
