After submitting an application online, they emailed you to schedule an interview at the cafe. It was a pretty short and casual interview, and they were the usual questions you would expect.

Ive interviewed at two different locations. Both locations asked very normal food service job type questions. The interviews were set up over email and both interviewers were very pleasant and polite.
