3 rounds , coding , technical round , hr round. The TCS interview process for experienced Java developers typically includes a resume screening, two technical rounds focusing on Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and SQL, followed by a managerial round and concluding with HR discussion.
There was only one interview round that combined technical, managerial, and HR discussions. The interview covered technical concepts, project experience, problem-solving, teamwork, career goals, and general HR questions in a smooth, well-organized process.

It was easy, Interviewer just asked me basic question on CS fundamentals, no DSA questions were asked. Interviewer was friendly and understanding, only one interview was held. Just be confident in what you answer.
