Interview
The interview process began with an online application followed by a phone screening with HR. This was followed by a technical assessment involving case studies and data analysis questions. I then had two rounds of virtual interviews: one with a hiring manager focused on problem-solving and stakeholder communication, and another panel interview assessing business acumen, SQL knowledge, and scenario-based questions. The entire process took around three weeks.
