Interview round 3: Managerial round The managerial round is handled by a panel of senior members. This is also a face-to-face interview round. Interview round 4: HR round Expect questions about work experience, education, interests, and family background, in addition to the standard HR questions about strengths and weaknesses, reasons for applying to the company, why you should be hired, and so on. They can also ask questions about TCS - when it was formed, its objectives, values, organizational structure, and so on.
