Need to have good communication and technical skills. Apart from that ITIL related questions and regarding P1 and P2 incidents. Understanding of service desk roles and application support. Readiness to work in shifts

Prepare for TCS interview with basic machine learning questions covering supervised learning, regression, classification, clustering, model evaluation, overfitting, and be ready to explain previous projects, datasets and outcomes clearly briefly
I had 2-3 phone interviews with hiring manager and team members. It was pretty decent. Asked about solarwinds tool and how a few stuff works in the software. What I exactly did at my previous company.
