It was good and smooth, there is technical 2 rounds , manager round and HR round.
they are frankly and asked all question related to my resume.
technical person are very frankly and always suggest you some to learn good.
I had 2-3 phone interviews with hiring manager and team members. It was pretty decent. Asked about solarwinds tool and how a few stuff works in the software. What I exactly did at my previous company.
3 rounds . First one being mostly technical. 2nd with team lead and manager mostly asking for preferred location and wfo policy. Last one is salary negotiations with HR. Offer letter is rolled out few days/weeks post interview process.
