Those who have luck they can only enter into tcs not based on marks. the process of telling results is the very irritating part.My friends have not been asked any technical questions but they have got selected. But I told most of the answers, I got rejected

Easy process focusing on Projects in detail , Coding , Sql queries , OOPs and some managerial questions followed by HR interview. They mostly focus on your confidence and calmness rather than only knowledge. It's better to have good communication and quick thinking in the interview.
