I applied through university. I interviewed at Tata Consultancy Services (Calcutta)
Interview
The interview was pretty much good. There were two interviewers in the panel. Based on my resume they asked me questions from C language. I would say the questions were not too basic, they were moderate. As I entered i was asked to say something about myself that wasn't in my resume. The interview went on for about 15-20 mins. They also interrogated me whether I knew JAVA or not to which I replied No.

Interview
I recently interviewed for the Associate Software Engineer role at TCS. The interviewer asked questions on OOPs concepts, finding the middle node of a LinkedList, and a few basic questions on Queues and Stacks along with real-world examples. They also asked me to explain the projects mentioned in my resume, followed by a few project-related questions. This was followed by some managerial questions.
Overall, the technical interview was quite average, and I was able to answer almost all the questions correctly.
Takeaway:
Prepare OOPs concepts well and go through your resume thoroughly before the interview.
