The interviewer didn't understand my project, even after giving him 4 or 5 examples of e2e workflow. In the end he asked 'is this a PoC?' This was the worst interview ever, not because I didn't receive the offer, but because it felt unworthy to be explaining things to someone who just didn't get the work description at high level, probably because of lack of experience. Coming to technical questions, for the ones I answered from concepts, he sounded unconvinced, stayed silent for most of the time, without acknowledging the answer, which i was 100% sure of. I had appeared for around 7 interviews in the past 2 months and have managed to clear 4 of them. For the ones I found difficult, I was left with a increased zeal to try harder the next time. At times, the interviewer had suggested improvements so that I can be better prepared but this particular interview had left me feeling frustrated. At the end of it, the interview went so bad that I kept feeling disappointed and lost all will to answer. If any HR from TCS India is reading this, please make sure the interviewer is experienced enough.
